Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sunshine Clean website and the booking and delivery of cleaning, gardening, and mobile car wash services (the "Services"). By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and enter into an agreement with Sunshine Clean ("Sunshine Clean", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Bookings and the Services

When you submit a booking, you make an offer to purchase the selected Service at the price shown. The booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel a booking if a service professional is unavailable, the site is unsafe, access is not provided, or the booking breaches these Terms.

4. Payment, billing and tax — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. By placing an order you also accept those terms.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle on our behalf in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review that policy for the refund window and how to submit a request.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the site, including by introducing malware, probing, scraping, or attempting unauthorised access.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger the safety of our service professionals.

7. Intellectual property

The Sunshine Clean website, software, branding, and all related materials are owned by Sunshine Clean or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site solely to access the Services. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the site.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep the site available and the Services delivered on schedule, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or Services at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Australia.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
