We want you to be delighted with every Sunshine Clean booking. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we'll help you through the process.
When refunds may be declined
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the order date may be declined. Where a Service has already been completed to a satisfactory standard, we may offer a partial refund or re-service in place of a full refund, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel an upcoming booking from your account at any time before the scheduled start. Cancellations made before the service is performed are eligible for a full refund.
